This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, outdoor swimming pool, and helpful staff. They even helped me find my lost bracelet on my first stay. Coming back for Christmas!

The employees are amicable and accommodating. Impeccably clean large rooms, they are provided with a pull-out sofa in the living area, bedroom, hot tub.
Can’t think of anything.

Location. Ski in ski out.
When we arrived at country Inn ther were some émigrés that would open the front door for you but they didn't offer any direction or concierge service. It was a bit confusing for someone who hasn't stayed at the property before.

The house maid staff were helpful and friendly. The kitchenette was well stocked with pots and pans. It's in a good location. It has a good on site restaurant.
It's a rambling wooden building a trip to the ice machine can be a ten minute round trip. The plumbing is very noisy you can hear the guy next door taking his shower. The soundproofing is terrible you can here people in the corridor at all hours. And thumping on the floor above you as people move about upstairs. Really for this price you could do a lot lot better. They have a policy of taking a pending charge over your credit card for the entire cost of your stay plus $150.00 just in case you book something to your room. Even after you have paid your bill in full by cash, they take one week to lift this charge from your card. I think this is unacceptable. If every hotel did this you could run out of funds you haven't even spent. Desk staff were unhelpful, they have no complaints procedure, and there was no manager, he was on holidays.

I truly enjoyed it, recommendable. The hotel had an exceptionally nice location, the room was new-fashioned and good-sized. The staff was particularly helpful and thoughtful. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, central heating, TV and a microwave. Location: the venue was so close to Williamstown and Lenox, three restaurants, and a bus stop.

Perfect match for a couple of nights in Hancock with fantastic value for money. I learned to always check the cleanliness of sheets before settling in-disgusting surprise! Make sure to explore dining options off hotel for better food quality.

Family-friendly stay with a few hiccups
The room wasn't bad @ all. We had this King Suite with a small kitchen which I appreciated for snacks. Plus, the bedding was decent enough for a good night's sleep. The country store on site was a real lifesaver, stocked with snacks and necessities. It had a variety of things that really came in handy.
It was a bit pricey, but still okay.

The king suite was spacious and the kitchenette was a lifesaver. A refreshing dip in the clean pool after a long day was just what I needed!
The air conditioning was louder than my ex during an argument. And don't even get me started on the TV-good luck getting it to work!

The setting is beautiful, and it was a great place for a group of moms and daughters celebrating a birthday. The staff was accommodating and communicated well about our needs. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which were a lot of fun! I found the dining options a bit limited since many places were closed during the off-season.
